Lead Controller - (Finance)

Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid work with attendance at the Berlin campus 2 days a week

What you will do

• Build global reports and dashboards to track PEX and NPEX spending across the Group.
• Design and deploy a driver-based NPEX planning module in Anaplan.
• Define and standardize NPEX cost categories, GL accounts, and functional areas.
• Monitor actual spend against budgets, identify cost-reduction opportunities, and benchmark central and brand teams.
• Partner with Finance Leads and business partners on benchmarking and strategic cost-saving initiatives.
• Support annual budget planning and intercompany recharge activities, including accurate invoicing and postings.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Controlling, or Accounting.
• Several years of experience in FP&A, accounting, and project management.
• Proven experience with financial planning solutions, specifically Anaplan, and advanced Excel.
• Strong problem-solving, data analysis, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, proactive, solution-oriented, and self-motivated approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English and strong teamwork skills.
