What you will do

• Prepare routine departmental reports and spreadsheets covering project or product strategy, historical trends, workflow, and financial analysis.
• Collect, consolidate, review, research, and reconcile data from Excel worksheets, departmental databases, and other available sources.
• Maintain workbooks, presentation decks, dashboards, documentation, maintenance plans, and custom automation tools.
• Support process improvement and the planning, testing, and implementation of projects, systems, products, and regulatory changes.
• Assist with technical troubleshooting and escalations by coordinating with business partners, vendors, and technology teams.
• Support user certifications, departmental audits, compliance controls, and internal and external audit remediation.

Requirements

• Associate degree and at least 2 years of related business line experience.
• Alternatively, a combined minimum of 4 years of higher education and/or work experience.
• Experience supporting business reporting, data review, process analysis, or related analytical work.
• Ability to work with Excel worksheets, databases, reports, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
