General Manager

What you will do

• Lead daily and long-term operations across production, engineering, quality, planning, scheduling, supply chain, facilities, and administration.
• Align production plans, capacity, materials, labor, engineering releases, quality requirements, and customer delivery commitments.
• Oversee manufacturing performance, quality systems, audits, certifications, compliance, inventory, suppliers, logistics, and cost reduction.
• Manage budgets, labor and material costs, capital expenditure planning, profitability, facilities, contractors, and infrastructure.
• Partner with Human Resources and Sales on workforce planning, employee development, customer requirements, forecasts, and escalations.
• Lead safety, environmental, business continuity, KPI reporting, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree or background in operations management, manufacturing management, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive management experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, engineering, or a related environment.
• At least 5 years of senior leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with production, engineering, quality, supply chain, planning, facilities, compliance, financial performance, ERP/MRP systems, inventory control, and operational KPIs.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations, occupational health and safety, environmental requirements, budgeting, cost control, capital expenditures, Lean practices, root-cause analysis, and change management.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, coaching, financial, problem-solving, risk-management, negotiation, and customer-focused leadership skills.
