What you will do
- Provide 24x365 operational support for product development, systems integration, lottery operations, and customers.
- Monitor enterprise infrastructure and escalate issues according to established procedures.
- Assist with the daily operation of computer systems and complete operational checklists under supervision.
- Generate reports and verify the validity and clarity of computer outputs before release.
- Assist with recovery activities to restore normal operations.
- Coordinate escalations with interdependent departments.
Requirements
- Two-year technical college degree or comparable experience.
- Two years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships and make decisions.
- Results-driven approach, personal energy, and self-leadership.
- Ability to support innovation and follow operational procedures.
