(Senior) Website Analyst (f/m/d) E-Commerce Management

What you will do

• Own the holistic analysis of the online shop customer journey and define success KPIs.
• Identify funnel friction points and turn data into actionable optimization recommendations for E-Commerce Management.
• Support the Conversion Rate Optimization team with statistically sound A/B testing and evaluate impact on Customer Lifetime Value.
• Work with Data Engineering to maintain accurate client-side and server-side tracking and high data quality in a post-cookie environment.
• Prepare complex analyses for department heads and management to support data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Web Analytics or Digital Analytics, ideally in high-traffic e-commerce or SaaS.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, or Matomo.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Understanding of attribution models, customer journeys, and web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Ability to communicate complex topics precisely and convincingly in both German and English.
• Critical, proactive approach to data and process improvement.
