Solution Enabling Engineer (1 Year Internship)

What you will do

• Develop and debug software solutions addressing customer needs and performance challenges.
• Analyze and resolve software bugs and issues with internal, external, and customer engineering teams.
• Understand customer requirements and deliver optimized solutions for hirify.global platforms.
• Support solution architecture and prototype new platform features.
• Analyze performance and scalability across diverse workloads and environments.
• Apply software validation, debugging, and customer consulting best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical and electronic engineering, computer engineering, computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on domain knowledge gained through internships, academic projects, coursework, or practical training.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, or JavaScript.
• Experience or demonstrated ability in software debugging and validation.
• Exposure to customer support, consulting, and problem-solving environments.
• Ability to work on-site in Taipei, Taiwan.

Nice to have

• Performance analysis and workload optimization experience or coursework.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional and customer-facing work.
• Interest in learning and contributing to software engineering solutions.
