Security Engineer

What you will do

• Own the security of Lovable's corporate environment: identity, endpoints, SaaS, email, and AI tools.
• Roll out and maintain scalable security controls such as passkeys, device trust, conditional access, DLP, and SSPM.
• Run phishing, awareness, and tabletop programs to change user behavior.
• Partner with IT and Detection & Response teams to improve detection of insider and account-takeover risks.
• Make the secure path the default and obvious choice for users.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years in corporate, enterprise, or endpoint security at a fast-growing tech company.
• Deep expertise in identity management (Google Workspace, Okta, Entra, SSO, SCIM, conditional access), MDM (Jamf, Kandji, Intune), and SaaS security posture management (SSPM).
• Ability to write code in Python, Bash, or Go and treat policies as software (versioned, tested, deployed).
• Strong instincts for phishing, social engineering, and insider risk, including AI-related variants.
• Pragmatic approach to UX balancing security and user friction.
• Bonus: experience securing AI tools and agents like Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and internal copilots.
