TL;DR
Game Artist (Photoshop/Concept Art): Creating vibrant, polished artwork and concept illustrations for casino games worldwide with an accent on digital illustration, composition, anatomy, and production-ready layered files. Focus on developing varied game artwork, preparing assets for animation, and integrating AI art prompting into the creative workflow.
Location: Hybrid position based in Krakow, Poland, with on-site work required three times a week.

What you will do
- Create polished artwork for the company’s portfolio of games.
- Deliver artwork on schedule.
- Maintain clean, organized, fully layered Photoshop files and other documentation for the animation team.
- Contribute to the creative culture of the art department.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in digital illustration.
- Expert knowledge of Photoshop.
- Ability to create concept illustrations across a wide range of subject matter.
- General knowledge of human and animal anatomy, perspective, composition, lighting, painting, texture, and rendering.
- Familiarity with AI art prompting and integration.
- Must be authorized to work full-time in Poland without current or future visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Experience with digital or physical slot design.
- UI design, graphic design, and typography skills.
- Experience with JIRA, Perforce, or Unity.
