Associate Graphic Designer

What you will do

• Create high-volume resizes and localized versions of App Store and Google Play screenshots and promotional assets.
• Maintain brand consistency, visual quality, grid alignment, and technical compliance across asset variations.
• Deliver production-ready assets to UA and ASO teams on schedule.
• Progress from production support toward end-to-end ownership of design tasks and smaller creative initiatives.
• Support internal visual tasks and case study materials for the agency team.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience creating marketing and promotional materials across platforms and ad networks.
• Ability to manage large volumes of resizes and layout adaptations quickly and accurately.
• Hands-on experience with Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong knowledge of composition, typography, color theory, and digital advertising specifications.
• High attention to detail when applying visual hierarchy and brand guidelines.
• English: B1–B2 or above

Nice to have

• Experience preparing marketing graphics for App Store and Google Play.
• Basic motion design or animation skills with After Effects.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles.
