Database & Statistics Engineer

Location: Based in Denov, Surkhandarya province, Uzbekistan; travel may be required within Uzbekistan and the Central Caucasus region.

What you will do

• Support project development from early identification through the project period alongside the Customer Service Expert.
• Collect, clean, analyze, and report data from multiple sources to support project decisions.
• Develop real-time dashboards for monitoring KPIs and project progress.
• Prepare, review, and finalize customer service documents, systems, and processes.
• Coordinate work with internal departments, consultants, subcontractors, clients, and authorities.
• Participate in site visits, meetings, workshops, and due diligence activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent engineering qualification.
• Educational background in statistics, computer science, economics, engineering, information technology, or business analytics.
• Experience with data analysis, study reporting, dashboards, or performance metrics.
• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Project management skills, basic knowledge of water management, and basic knowledge of financial statements and models.
• Proficiency in English and Russian is required. A category B driver’s license is an advantage.
