What you will do
- Maintain supplier master data and improve vendor data accuracy across systems.
- Lead vendor outreach projects and support supplier data initiatives.
- Collaborate with sourcing, merchant, technology, reporting, and other cross-functional teams.
- Prepare updates and reporting to improve workflows and operational performance.
- Support supplier process optimization and vendor relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of related work experience.
- Experience with Oracle, Conga, reporting tools, or database systems.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and in a team, and collaborate with vendors.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
