What you will do
- Own and evolve the IT infrastructure and platforms supporting production sites worldwide.
- Develop a long-term infrastructure concept while balancing new technologies with availability and reliability.
- Coordinate roadmaps and goals with production, IT, security, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Lead projects and initiatives related to production sites.
- Strengthen the day-to-day IT infrastructure support model around production sites.
- Support security, resilience, and compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role involving technical concepts, change, and technical development.
- Experience coordinating and leveraging technical specialists.
- Basic knowledge of networks, servers, and backup solutions.
- Experience leading projects and initiatives.
- Experience developing and managing roadmaps and long-term strategies.
- Structured approach to managing multiple activities, priorities, risks, and stakeholders.
