Student Worker, Social Responsibility (CSR/Communications): Supporting employee engagement, local CSR projects, administrative work, and internal and external CSR communications in Shanghai with an accent on stakeholder coordination, message development, and quality execution. Location: Shanghai, China; hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office

What you will do
- Support the local employee engagement program.
- Contribute to local corporate social responsibility projects.
- Execute administrative tasks for the Social Responsibility and Engagement team.
- Work with the communications team to create CSR messages and stories for internal and external audiences.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, respond quickly, and maintain high quality and discipline in a dynamic business environment.
Requirements
- Fluent English and Mandarin required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree or above; Communications, Social Science, Business, Marketing, or Languages background preferred.
- Passion for CSR and knowledge of public welfare initiatives and trends in China.
- Availability to work at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 6 months.
- Junior university students and recent postgraduate students are preferred.
