Senior QA Tester with Business Analysis Skills (QA/Business Analysis): Leading early-stage testing and translating project requirements into test cases while supporting small studies and project analyses with an accent on quality assurance, defect tracking, and stakeholder collaboration. Focus on designing effective test coverage, documenting issues clearly, and balancing technical testing with analytical work across international teams.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid work with up to 3 remote days per week. Candidates must have an existing legal right to work in Europe.

What you will do
- Lead testing activities from the early stages of the project lifecycle.
- Translate business and project requirements into test cases in collaboration with development teams, stakeholders, and analysts.
- Document, report, and follow up on defects to support efficient resolution.
- Conduct small studies and analyses to support project requirements and enhancements.
- Improve testing processes and methodologies while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with international teams.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in IT testing and business analysis.
- Fluent English and French with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test case design, and defect tracking.
- Experience with IT projects and early-phase testing.
- Ability to combine technical testing with analytical tasks.
- Existing legal right to work in Europe.
Nice to have
- ISTQB, CBAP, or similar certification.
- Experience with test automation tools or basic coding knowledge.
