What you will do

• Develop concepts and creative directions for interactive and digital media projects.
• Lead and inspire creative teams throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Work with information architecture and UX teams to create emerging interfaces and experiences.
• Collaborate with engineers to expand and elevate interactions and functionality.
• Partner with project managers to deliver projects on budget and on time.
• Work with the Creative Director to mentor junior designers.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in art direction for interactive and digital media projects.
• Ability to establish high-level creative vision while contributing hands-on to design execution.
• Experience leading and inspiring design teams.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with UX, information architecture, engineering, project management, and creative leadership.
