Sr. Quality Assurance Associate - Supplier Quality

Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 USD annual base salary

What you will do

• Manage supplier-related nonconformances, investigations, trend analysis, root cause analysis, CAPAs, and follow-up through effective closure.
• Maintain supplier qualification records and documentation in Veeva QualityOne, supporting onboarding, qualification, periodic reviews, and requalification.
• Monitor supplier performance through scorecards, quality metrics, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support supplier audits by tracking schedules, documenting findings, issuing SCARs, and verifying corrective-action effectiveness.
• Execute day-to-day QA GMP activities, including documentation updates and change-control support.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Formulation, Product Development, Operations, and external partners to resolve supplier quality issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in quality assurance, biology, chemistry, medical sciences, pharmacology, or equivalent education and experience.
• 3+ years of direct US dietary supplement or food quality experience.
• Knowledge of FDA laws and regulations and cGMP standards.
• Hands-on experience with QA GMP compliance across a broad portfolio of dietary supplements or related products.
• Experience using root cause analysis tools for nonconformance investigations and CAPA effectiveness.
• Strong prioritization, analytical, organizational, critical-thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• 1–3+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing or production facility.
