Head of Workplace Operations

Location: On-site in Austin, TX; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; or Seattle, WA

Compensation: $169,000 – $221,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the workplace experience across all company offices as the organization scales.
• Manage the end-to-end process of fitting out new offices, from lease signing to move-in.
• Oversee vendors, budgets, and daily operations to ensure seamless site functionality.
• Develop and implement workplace standards and playbooks to optimize future office openings.
• Partner with People, IT, and Security teams to ensure new sites are fully operational on day one.

Requirements

• Proven experience opening offices in multiple cities or countries on tight timelines.
• Background in owning workplace or facilities operations across several sites simultaneously.
• Strong track record of managing vendors and budgets while maintaining high operational standards.
• Ability to build and scale workplace playbooks for high-growth environments.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with IT, Security, and People teams.
• Must be able to work on-site in one of the specified US office locations.

• Experience with global or multi-site workplace programs.
• Background in office build-outs and commercial leasing.
• Experience scaling headcount in a high-growth company.
• Experience spanning both US and international sites.
