What you will do
- Support post-sale onboarding, adoption, and long-term value realization for legal firms and corporate clients.
- Help design tailored adoption plans, including change management approaches, stakeholder mapping, and target outcomes.
- Coordinate client rollouts, broader usage initiatives, success plans, training, and ongoing check-ins.
- Build relationships with key client stakeholders and support them through organizational change.
- Collaborate with Product, Legal Engineering, Marketing, and Support to deliver a coordinated client experience.
- Collect client feedback and share insights to inform product improvements and enablement.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of professional experience, ideally in management consulting or a similar professional services environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trust with clients.
- Good organization and project management skills across multiple tasks or workstreams.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to support clients through change.
- Interest in technology, data-informed client success, and fast-paced environments.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS, legal tech, or professional services.
- Exposure to legal, compliance, or other regulated industries.
- Experience with change management or adoption programs.
