Senior Solutions Engineer – Spend/ERP (Fintech)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; 3 days in the office. Implementation coverage across EMEA.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex spend management and corporate card implementations from solution design through go-live and early adoption.
• Advise customers and internal teams on integration approaches, system configuration, and scalable solution design.
• Translate customer requirements into ERP, HRIS, accounting, API, and third-party connector integration blueprints.
• Coordinate Sales, Merchant Services, Solutions Engineering, Product, Operations, Risk, and external partners.
• Troubleshoot integration and configuration challenges while creating documentation, playbooks, and lightweight tooling.
• Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering to improve integration coverage and implementation outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success, or project/program management for complex technology or financial services implementations.
• 4+ years of client-facing delivery or professional services experience in SaaS, fintech, consulting, systems integration, or enterprise implementation.
• Experience delivering ERP, accounting system, or expense platform implementations, including GL, cost centre, entity, and card-feed data flows.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work from Amsterdam with 3 days in the office.

Nice to have

• Experience with API-based integrations and web, SSO, ERP, or integration-engineering concepts.
• Project management or agile certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master.
• Experience managing strategic or enterprise accounts within a broader account team.
• Experience operating in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
