Senior Financial Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel; hybrid work model with up to three days per week in the office and the remaining days remotely

What you will do

• Support annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, budget-versus-actuals analysis, and financial reporting.
• Own forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis for designated P&L areas, the consolidated balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Prepare biweekly cash forecast updates and manage FP&A investor reporting deliverables.
• Prepare analysis and presentations for executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to connect operational plans and business drivers to financial outcomes.
• Improve FP&A processes, data flow, efficiency, and adoption of Workday Adaptive Planning through strategic projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, transaction advisory, or public accounting.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario planning skills, including fully integrated three-statement models.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights and communicate financial concepts to non-financial and senior audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice to have

• MBA or CFA.
• SaaS or cybersecurity industry experience.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, Oracle NetSuite, Power BI, or Salesforce.
• Experience with benchmarking, investor reporting, AI, or automation tools for financial analysis.
