Senior Unity Engineer (Gaming)

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina; fully remote, based in Latin America

What you will do

• Architect, develop, and optimize immersive gaming experiences and interactive 3D applications.
• Translate requirements into clean and efficient code.
• Build the core engine and foundation on which games will run.
• Prototype gameplay ideas and features.
• Collaborate with artists, game designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-performance gameplay features.
• Create unit tests and validation procedures throughout the production lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience in full-lifecycle game development.
• Hands-on experience with Unity 2020/2021 and C#.
• Strong knowledge of shader implementation, performance profiling, APIs, and libraries.
• Creative and effective problem-solving skills.
• Professional English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Games Technology.

Nice to have

• Experience with Unity mobile development for iOS and Android.
• Experience with JavaScript and visual scripting.
• Knowledge of current gaming trends, techniques, best practices, and technologies.
