Location: Beavercreek, Ohio, USA; remote work is available, with occasional work at Booz Allen or customer facilities

Salary: $142,900–$266,000 annualized USD

What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of technical, mission, and analytic workstreams.
• Manage staffing, forecasting, deliverables, risks, contracts, and stakeholder communications.
• Coach, mentor, and develop a team of at least 15 people.
• Partner with government customers at customer sites to translate mission needs into actionable plans and technical solutions.
• Lead complex multi-agency initiatives involving human-machine teaming and collaboration with Air Force research, artificial intelligence, and intelligence community organizations.
• Support business development through opportunity identification, solutioning workshops, proposals, white papers, and technical demonstrations.

Requirements

• 10+ years supporting Department of War Air Power mission-focused outcomes.
• 10+ years leading people, including mentorship, performance support, work planning, and team development.
• Experience translating operational mission requirements into technical requirements, concepts, architectures, experimentation plans, or capability development activities.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and operational outcomes to senior DoD and intelligence community leadership.
• Ability to connect mission needs to emerging technologies, including AI, and independently solve complex, ambiguous problems.
• TS/SCI clearance and a bachelor’s degree are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital modernization, AI/ML, cyber defense, advanced analytics, or integrated technology solutions.
• Solution architecture and workshop facilitation experience.
• Experience developing proposals, white papers, and technical demonstrations.
• Experience with FFP, CP, and other contract types and strategies.
• Strategic and systems-level thinking skills.
