Chief Executive Officer (Education)

Location: Hybrid workplace with principal offices in the Minneapolis–St. Paul, Minnesota area; employees are based around the United States

Salary: $240,000–$260,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead hirify.global through its next phase of organizational growth and impact.
• Sharpen the organization’s identity and position it as a trusted national voice in education.
• Grow, expand, and steward approximately $4 million in annual operating resources.
• Lead and develop a team of approximately 20 employees, including three direct reports.
• Build cross-sector relationships and collaborative partnerships with education leaders.
• Report to and collaborate effectively with the Board of Directors.

Requirements

• Experienced, mission-driven nonprofit executive leadership.
• Deep understanding of K–12 education challenges, trends, and opportunities.
• Credibility working alongside K–12 education leaders and understanding of complex education systems.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and cultivate funding sources and lead revenue diversification strategies.
• Experience building partnerships, developing and retaining strong teams, and fostering an inclusive organizational culture.
• Experience collaborating with and effectively managing a board.
