Safety and Security Manager

What you will do

• Manage office entrance security, access control, visitor sign-in procedures, keycards, and access codes.
• Monitor CCTV and access control systems, conduct facility patrols, and respond to unauthorized activity.
• Respond to security incidents, alarms, evacuations, and other emergencies while maintaining accurate records.
• Guide employees and visitors on security procedures and support the development of security policies and standards.
• Conduct security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability analyses.
• Support health and safety policies, compliance, emergency preparedness, and a culture of workplace safety.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in security, facilities, or access control operations.
• Experience managing office or facility entrance security, access control systems, and visitor management.
• Familiarity with CCTV and other security monitoring systems.
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills for maintaining records and guiding staff and visitors.
• Basic understanding of health and safety compliance requirements for office environments.

Nice to have

• Certification in security management or a related field.
• Experience conducting security audits or risk assessments.
• Experience liaising with law enforcement or emergency response agencies.
