Senior Game Designer (Blight: Survival)

What you will do

• Define design vision and documentation for game systems.
• Lead small multidisciplinary teams in developing game systems to the required quality level.
• Create high-quality gameplay aligned with the game's core direction.
• Create, maintain, and iterate game design documentation.
• Design and balance gameplay systems for a cooperative action-horror game.
• Test features in Live and QA environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the video game industry.
• Experience with the 3Cs: camera, character, and controls.
• Experience designing combat and multiplayer games.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and/or English.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Unreal Engine 4.x and Blueprints for scripting and testing.
