What you will do
- Collect, extract, and analyze basic product data and support product performance reporting.
- Prepare content for product vision, roadmap, and progress updates, and support stakeholder communication across engineering, marketing, and sales.
- Use product development and collaboration tools while maintaining product process documentation.
- Support user research by observing interviews and usability testing, documenting feedback, and identifying basic user needs.
- Analyze operational changes, contribute to change management recommendations, and support implementation under direction.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in product operations, product support, or a related analytical role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to collect and analyze basic product data using spreadsheets and product data tools.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build positive cross-functional relationships.
- Comfort using product development and collaboration tools within established workflows.
- Ability to support user research and change management activities under direction.
Nice to have
- Exposure to product analytics or A/B testing concepts.
- Familiarity with product documentation and knowledge base tools.
- Interest in user research and customer-centric product development.
