Integration Automation Engineer

What you will do

• Design, develop, and operate systems-to-systems interfaces between hirify.global and ERP, CRM, and custom systems.
• Build automated data exchange workflows, ETL pipelines, and reusable integration components.
• Work with APIs and customers to gather requirements for automated data flows and validate exception handling.
• Monitor and maintain data pipeline performance while identifying opportunities to streamline workflows.
• Automate repetitive data movement and synchronization to reduce manual entry and improve accuracy, timeliness, and scalability.
• Collaborate with management and internal teams to implement integration and workflow automation solutions.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience with Celigo, Tray.io, Workato, Jitterbit, or comparable workflow automation and orchestration platforms.
• Experience working with ERP, CRM, and custom systems and designing solutions across diverse data sources.
• Strong understanding of API and middleware-based integrations, including reliable automated execution.
• Ability to define data flows, extensible APIs, and data formats that support scalable automation and exception handling.
• Understanding of SOAP, REST, and request-reply architectures.
• Ability to create and document APIs, automation workflows, and operational handoff procedures, with strong communication skills.
