Boomi Integration Lead (Corporate Position) (Boomi): Designing and governing secure, scalable enterprise integrations across SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, UKG, ServiceNow, MES, Active Directory, and other business applications with an accent on Boomi AtomSphere, API-led connectivity, and hybrid integration patterns. Focus on building resilient architectures, implementing API security and operational monitoring, and translating business requirements into reusable technical integration solutions.
Location: Hybrid in Cartago, Costa Rica

What you will do
- Define, design, implement, and govern enterprise integration solutions for secure and reliable data exchange.
- Design integrations between SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce, UKG, ServiceNow, MES, Active Directory, and other enterprise applications.
- Develop scalable cloud, on-premises, and hybrid integration architectures using API-led, event-driven, messaging, file-based, and canonical data model patterns.
- Configure and administer Boomi AtomSphere, API Management, Boomi Flow, Atoms, Molecules, Atom Cloud, deployment topologies, and reusable integration components.
- Implement error handling, exception management, logging, monitoring, deployment, environment management, and operational support frameworks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Information Security, application teams, vendors, and project teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of progressive experience in enterprise application integration, middleware platforms, or enterprise architecture.
- Hands-on and architectural experience with Boomi AtomSphere and at least one other enterprise integration platform.
- Strong knowledge of API security, including OAuth 2.0, JWT, API keys, encryption, authentication, and authorization.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical integration architectures and communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Boomi Professional Developer, Professional Architect, or equivalent certification.
- Experience with SAP Integration Suite, Azure Integration Services, or other enterprise integration technologies.
- Experience with AI-assisted integration development, automation, or intelligent mapping.
- Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated manufacturing industries.
