Senior Product Registration Manager (Pesticide Regulation)

What you will do

• Develop and implement regulatory strategies and tactical plans for assigned crop protection products in Canada.
• Prepare registration dossiers covering chemistry, toxicology, metabolism, residue chemistry, environmental fate, environmental toxicology, value studies, risk assessments, and related interpretations.
• Maintain registrations, manage re-evaluations, special reviews, label amendments, and product life cycle activities.
• Lead data compensation activities, including coordination with internal teams, business development, other registrants, and the US regulatory team.
• Represent hirify.global on CropLife Canada committees and provide guidance on federal and provincial pesticide regulations and product development.
• Lead cross-functional projects, manage budgets and unplanned regulatory events, maintain regulatory records, and mentor new staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, agronomy, or a related scientific field; a master’s degree is highly preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in a scientific discipline relevant to pesticide regulation in Canada.
• Experience advocating on regulatory issues through industry working groups and committees.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Strong attention to detail, deadline management, and customer service orientation.
