About the Role
You will own Spiko’s distribution strategy within the CGP and family office ecosystem. You will identify, sign, onboard, and develop distribution partners, manage the full sales cycle, understand regulatory constraints, gather market feedback, and report performance to sales leadership and the founders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development
- Experience ideally in asset management, fintech, or financial services
- Existing relationships within the CGP ecosystem
- Understanding of CGP operations, product selection, and regulatory frameworks
- Ability to run a full sales cycle independently
- Native French speaker
- Fluent English
Responsibilities
- Identify and sign CGP firms, multi-family offices, and networks
- Onboard and activate new partners
- Support partners in pitching Spiko to their clients
- Manage the full sales process from cold outreach to contract signature and partner ramp-up
- Develop expertise in the CGP landscape and its regulatory constraints
- Gather feedback from partners and prospects
- Track performance metrics and provide regular updates
