TL;DR
Fullstack Developer Writter (Typescript & React) (Technical Documentation): Creating and maintaining developer guides, API documentation, tutorials, and architectural explanations with an accent on docs-as-code, API lifecycle documentation, and clear communication of complex technical concepts. Focus on structuring documentation strategies, collaborating with Engineering, Platform, SRE, Security, and Product teams, and keeping content aligned with Agile delivery cycles and system changes.
Location: Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal; hybrid work under Portugal's policy

What you will do
- Create, maintain, and structure user guides, developer guides, API documentation, and release notes.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Platform, SRE, Security, and Product teams to capture accurate technical information.
- Produce guides, tutorials, quickstarts, use-case examples, integration flows, and architectural explanations.
- Translate complex technical content into clear, concise documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Define documentation structures, content strategies, style guides, templates, and terminology.
- Update documentation alongside product changes, releases, and Agile delivery cycles.
Requirements
- Strong analytical, structuring, written communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical teams.
- Knowledge of software development concepts and API documentation, including OpenAPI or AsyncAPI lifecycles.
- Hands-on experience with docs-as-code, Git-based workflows, Markdown, and Confluence.
- Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments, with strong prioritization and time management.
- Familiarity with developer portals and API documentation platforms such as Backstage or Stoplight.

- Ability to read basic source code.
