Senior Product Manager, R6 eSports

Location: Office-based in Paris or Saint-Mandé, France; occasional international travel for majors and key events.

What you will do

• Define and drive the product roadmap for esports technology and data tools.
• Translate business and competitive requirements into clear product specifications with the development team.
• Align stakeholders across esports operations, broadcast, marketing, and senior leadership.
• Own live support for esports data tooling, including incident triage, escalation flows, and SLA definition.
• Run discovery cycles, validate solutions, prioritize initiatives, and track product performance.
• Identify innovation opportunities across data use cases, tooling, and broadcast enhancements for R6 esports.

Requirements

• Proven product management experience owning products end to end, writing specifications, prioritizing work, and shipping in cross-functional environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and senior leadership communication skills.
• Understanding of data pipelines and data quality principles.
• Experience in esports, competitive gaming, broadcast, live production, or live event operations.
• Ability to write clear PRDs, facilitate discovery sessions, and distill complexity into decisions.
• Fluent English required; French is a strong plus.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Rainbow Six Siege or hirify.global’s competitive ecosystem.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and data dashboards.
