Field Service Engineer (IoT): Maintaining and servicing compressor systems across customer sites in Indonesia with an accent on mechanical, electronic, IoT, and complex control technologies. Focus on autonomous field diagnostics, solving technical issues, and keeping industrial machinery operational while supporting customer satisfaction.

Location: On-site in Indonesia, stationed across Gresik, Pasuruan, Sidoarjo, Cikarang/Bekasi, Dumai, Bogor, Karawang, Manado, Balikpapan, Makassar, Serang/Cilegon, and Jakarta.

What you will do

  • Service and maintain compressors and related air network equipment at customer sites.
  • Travel independently to customers within the assigned region using a fully equipped company vehicle.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electronic, IoT, and complex control-system issues.
  • Keep customer machinery operational and ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service.
  • Coordinate with planning and support teams to receive spare parts and remote technical assistance.
  • Develop technical expertise through varied equipment, technologies, and training academies.

Requirements

  • Affinity with working with machines and industrial equipment.
  • Willingness to work autonomously across diverse customer environments.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites within the assigned region.
  • Motivation to learn and be trained as a service technician.
  • Interest in mechanical, electronic, IoT, and compressor technologies.
