Student Worker Factory Design & Layout (AutoCAD)

Location: Kladno, Czech Republic; hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the assigned workplace

What you will do

• Design and optimize factory layouts to improve workflow and productivity.
• Create detailed layout drawings using AutoCAD.
• Analyze existing processes and material flows to identify layout improvements.
• Ensure factory designs comply with applicable safety standards and regulations.
• Evaluate production layout performance and implement adjustments for evolving operational needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic manufacturing goals and the introduction of new products and technologies.

Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Communicative Czech and English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management and planning.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe and Microsoft software.
• Knowledge of industry-specific safety regulations.
• Initiative and the ability to recognize and act on opportunities.
