Marketing Lead (iGaming)

hirify.global is recruiting for Jugabet, a gaming brand and platform focused on players in Latin America.

What you will do

• Own and drive the overall marketing strategy for the LATAM region across performance marketing, SEO, SMM, affiliate, influencer, brand and offline channels.
• Lead the media buying team, allocate budgets efficiently and optimize traffic quality, CPA and campaign performance.
• Identify and launch new traffic sources, audience segments, creative approaches and alternative advertising solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional marketing teams and translate regional insights into clear briefs, initiatives and measurable priorities.
• Work with affiliate and SEO teams to improve NGR, LTV, ROI and regional growth opportunities.
• Manage regional marketing budgets, performance reporting and growth targets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of digital or performance marketing experience, including a leadership role in iGaming.
• Experience managing media buyers and coordinating cross-functional marketing teams.
• Strong expertise in audience targeting, segmentation, retargeting, lookalike audiences, creative testing, campaign optimization and scaling across Meta, Google, TikTok and alternative platforms.
• Experience across performance marketing, SEO, SMM, affiliates, influencers and brand initiatives.
• Deep understanding of the LATAM iGaming market, including player behavior, cultural insights and regulatory specifics.
• Expert knowledge of CPA, FTD, NGR, LTV, ROI and GGR metrics, plus hands-on experience with AppsFlyer and Adjust.
