Junior Foreman (Construction)

Location: PRX - Paphos, Cyprus; onsite construction work

What you will do

• Assist the Foreman and Site Engineer with daily coordination of construction works.
• Supervise workers and help organize day-to-day site activities.
• Monitor work progress, track daily tasks and schedules, and prepare updates.
• Check compliance with site safety rules and procedures.
• Monitor materials and coordinate deliveries and storage.
• Communicate with workers, subcontractors, and internal departments while supporting site documentation and quality control.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of construction processes and site operations.
• Ability to read construction drawings and plans.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Responsible, proactive, willing to learn, and able to work effectively as part of a site team.
• English or Russian required; Greek is a plus.
• Students and recent graduates in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplines are welcome; previous Foreman experience is not required.
