What you will do
- Assist the Foreman and Site Engineer with daily coordination of construction works.
- Supervise workers and help organize day-to-day site activities.
- Monitor work progress, track daily tasks and schedules, and prepare updates.
- Check compliance with site safety rules and procedures.
- Monitor materials and coordinate deliveries and storage.
- Communicate with workers, subcontractors, and internal departments while supporting site documentation and quality control.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of construction processes and site operations.
- Ability to read construction drawings and plans.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Responsible, proactive, willing to learn, and able to work effectively as part of a site team.
- English or Russian required; Greek is a plus.
- Students and recent graduates in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplines are welcome; previous Foreman experience is not required.
