hirify.global is hiring for a role within its Virtual Assistant / Operations department.

What you will do

• Identify relevant, authoritative websites and media opportunities for backlink acquisition.
• Conduct targeted outreach through HARO/Qwoted, podcasts, guest posts, and similar editorial channels.
• Build publisher relationships and manage opportunities from initial outreach through confirmed placement.
• Maintain an active pipeline of backlink and editorial opportunities.
• Track placements and referring-domain growth using Semrush.
• Monitor backlink quality, flag spammy or low-authority opportunities, and provide concise weekly reports.

Requirements

• Strong background in backlink outreach, link building, digital PR, editorial outreach, or earned media placements.
• Ability to secure genuine editorial placements on relevant websites.
• Ability to evaluate backlink quality and identify spammy, low-authority, or paid-placement-heavy opportunities.
• Ownership of the outreach pipeline and measurable results.
• Availability to work remotely from South Africa or the United Kingdom.
