Senior Product Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Lead the design of complex end-to-end workflows and full products from ambiguous problem framing through delivery.
• Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions with product, engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Define success metrics and connect design outcomes to product strategy and business goals.
• Mentor and coach designers while setting the craft standard for the product area.
• Evolve design processes, standards, and the design system to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Design AI-native experiences end to end, including evaluation criteria and safety framing for health contexts.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Deep expertise in at least one design discipline, with working proficiency across others.
• Strong ability to connect design decisions to business outcomes and communicate with stakeholders and leadership.
• Experience partnering with senior product or engineering stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
• Experience designing AI-driven or AI-assisted experiences, including quality evaluation and risk handling in health or other regulated contexts.

Nice to have

• Experience structuring and delivering coaching or training for other designers.
• Experience setting and maintaining a craft standard across a product area.
