What you will do

• Engage with banks to understand their regulatory needs and compliance challenges.
• Help establish the commercial foundation and develop regulatory and compliance services.
• Shape the direction of the Regulatory Services unit and translate regulatory requirements into practical solutions.
• Develop processes connecting legislation, data, risk assessments, annual compliance cycles, spot checks, and reporting.
• Identify and drive opportunities to apply AI, automation, and new technologies to compliance.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and internal teams across hirify.global Banking Services.

Requirements

• Approximately 5–10 years of relevant experience in regulatory work, compliance, or reporting.
• Experience with inspection visits, regulatory requirements, compliance processes, and reporting.
• Experience in banking, fintech, pension or insurance, or a regulatory authority is relevant.
• Strong data and technology understanding, with an interest in applying AI to compliance.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders, build relationships, and drive dialogue with banks.
• Full professional proficiency in Danish and English, both written and spoken, is required.

• Legal background or previous experience in a compliance or regulatory role.
