Regulatory and Compliance Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Engage with banks to understand regulatory needs and compliance challenges.
• Establish the commercial foundation for the Regulatory Services unit.
• Shape the direction of the compliance area and translate regulatory requirements into practical solutions.
• Develop services covering legislation, factual data, risk assessments, annual compliance cycles, spot checks, and reporting.
• Identify and drive opportunities to apply AI and automation to compliance.
• Collaborate with banks, internal stakeholders, and teams across hirify.global Banking Services.

Requirements

• Approximately 5–10 years of relevant experience in regulatory work, compliance, or reporting.
• Experience in banking, fintech, pension or insurance, or a regulatory authority is preferred.
• Experience with inspection visits and regulatory dialogue.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, compliance processes, and reporting.
• Good understanding of data and technology, with an interest in applying technology and AI to compliance.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders, build relationships, and drive alignment across functions.

Nice to have

• Legal background or experience in a compliance or regulatory role.
