Director of Global Procurement (Manufacturing): Building a resilient, competitive and globally connected procurement function for analogue photography products with an accent on strategic sourcing, supplier ecosystems and supply risk management. Focus on reducing single points of failure, negotiating complex global agreements, improving total cost of ownership, and developing a high-performing procurement organisation.
Location: Amsterdam, Noord-Holland, Netherlands. Candidates must be currently located in the Netherlands and authorized to work there.

What you will do
- Develop and execute the global procurement strategy in line with long-term growth ambitions.
- Lead sourcing across electronics and PCBAs, chemicals and film materials, packaging, mechanical and plastic parts, finished goods manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, professional services and corporate spend.
- Build supply risk management frameworks, including dual sourcing and contingency plans for critical materials, suppliers and supply chains.
- Deliver sustainable savings, cost avoidance, working-capital improvements and total cost of ownership gains.
- Negotiate complex global supplier and service-provider agreements and drive supplier performance across quality, service, cost, innovation and sustainability.
- Build and lead a high-performing global procurement organisation with clear governance, policies, processes and succession plans.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive procurement leadership experience.
- Experience leading global procurement organisations in manufacturing, consumer products, electronics, chemical or industrial environments.
- Experience across both direct and indirect procurement categories.
- Strong track record in procurement transformation, cost and value optimisation, and supply risk management.
- Experience negotiating complex global supplier and service-provider agreements, with strong commercial judgement and senior stakeholder influence.
- Current location in the Netherlands and authorization to work there required.
