Order Processing Specialist (English Required)

What you will do

• Process purchase orders from distributors and alliance partners and administer hirify.global software licenses.
• Maintain order records and licensing contracts in Salesforce and Vpower.
• Validate and audit pricing, part numbers, order information, returns, revenue splits, and revenue recognition data.
• Generate licensing keys, distribute fulfillment confirmations, and communicate issue status and instructions to partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Renewals, Deal Desk, Finance, Helpdesk, Backend, and Web teams on shared issues and projects.
• Execute month-end closing procedures, meet department metrics, and contribute to order-processing improvements.

Requirements

• Advanced English for verbal and written communication.
• Experience in order processing, accounting, customer support, or services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office automation tools, including Excel and Outlook.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a frequently changing environment.
