IT Coordinator

Location: On-site in Monrovia, Liberia; open only to Liberian nationals currently located in Liberia

Salary: $13,404–$22,340 annual gross, dependent on equivalent experience and subject to statutory taxes

hirify.global is a nonprofit organization that partners with governments to recruit, train, equip, and integrate community health workers into national health systems serving remote communities.

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day technical support across Liberia sites and troubleshoot issues with global IT while minimizing disruption.
• Manage voice and data networks, including cellular, broadband, and satellite services, and coordinate with vendors.
• Administer staff email, phone credit, software accounts, and project management or management information systems.
• Support procurement, repair, designation, quality control, storage, and tracking of laptops, mobile devices, networking equipment, mHealth equipment, and other IT assets.
• Implement account access, password, encryption, backup, lost-device, and data security standards across Liberia sites.
• Lead IT onboarding and offboarding, deliver computer literacy training, coach staff, and provide dotted-line supervision to County IT staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Coordinator and relevant professional IT experience.
• Basic software development, networking, and hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Advanced literacy, numeracy, and computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Must be a Liberian national currently located in Liberia and able to work on-site in Monrovia.
