TL;DR
Software Engineer AMS Mobile Banking - iOS (Swift/Kotlin, DevOps): Developing and maintaining iOS and Android mobile banking applications while ensuring the stability, reliability, and continuous improvement of a mission-critical platform with an accent on scalable code, production operations, and automation. Focus on integrating REST APIs and SDKs, managing incidents, supporting CI/CD pipelines, and improving resilience across cloud and containerized environments.

Location: 16th Floor, AIA Tower, 8767 Paseo de Roxas, 1226 Makati City, Philippines

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain mobile banking applications for iOS and Android.
  • Deliver scalable, reusable code and implement new features and functionality improvements.
  • Ensure stable and efficient operation of the Web & Mobile Banking platform.
  • Manage production tickets end-to-end, including triage, impact analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, automation, deployment processes, monitoring, and incident management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, maintain technical documentation, and share knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in mobile application development and strong knowledge of Kotlin, Kotlin Multiplatform, Swift, or Objective-C.
  • Experience with software engineering, DevOps, or application support in production environments.
  • Experience integrating REST APIs, SDKs, and third-party libraries, with a solid understanding of the mobile development lifecycle and iOS/Android Store lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Gradle, Artifactory, Python, Groovy, Linux, Bash, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Ansible, or Elasticsearch.
  • Full professional proficiency in English, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of SQL and a basic understanding of Oracle databases.
  • Familiarity with the Ergon Product Suite.
  • Experience in banking or financial services.
