Partnership Manager (Humanitarian Partnerships): Leading the Palestine country office’s partnership portfolio and localisation agenda with an accent on partnership cycle management, partner capacity sharing, and coordination with local organisations. Focus on building strategic relationships, developing partnership systems, leading staff, and representing NRC in coordination forums.
Location: West Bank, Palestine duty station; the position is only open to candidates with legal eligibility to work in Palestine. Approximately 30% travel is required.
Salary: Grade 9 in NRC’s International Salary Scale with a competitive compensation and benefits package.

What you will do
- Lead the country office partnership portfolio and implement its localisation strategy.
- Provide strategic and technical leadership for partnership programming across the project cycle.
- Develop and maintain partnership systems, tools, guidelines, and procedures.
- Identify partner capacity priorities, create joint capacity-sharing plans, and monitor progress.
- Build relationships with local NGOs, civil society organisations, public institutions, academia, and private-sector actors.
- Lead people management, promote safeguarding and anti-corruption standards, and represent NRC in partnership coordination forums.
Requirements
- Relevant senior-level experience within an NGO or international organisation.
- Expertise in grants management, partnerships, and/or coordination.
- Experience working in complex humanitarian contexts and with national, international, and local civil society organisations.
- Knowledge of and experience in the Palestine and Middle East context.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
- Legal eligibility to work in Palestine; NRC cannot provide work permits or visa sponsorship.
