Identity and Access Management Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Operate the end-to-end authorization management process, including request validation, approval checks, and access provisioning.
• Execute Joiner, Mover, Leaver activities in line with security policies and audit requirements.
• Monitor job queues and perform provisioning, troubleshooting, and minor workflow configuration in One Identity Manager.
• Conduct access recertifications, policy adherence checks, and segregation-of-duties control activities.
• Collaborate with the Service Desk, technical teams, requestors, line managers, and application owners to deliver secure access on time.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management operations or a similar security role.
• Hands-on experience operating, provisioning, and troubleshooting One Identity Manager.
• Strong understanding of least privilege, role-based access, and segregation of duties.
• Experience with JML lifecycle processes, approvals, access reviews, and audit controls.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of hirify.global Core Platform functional security.
• Experience with cloud environments, preferably Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Experience in regulated environments such as financial services or audit- and compliance-driven organizations.
• Experience with privileged access management technology.
