Director of Brand & Corporate Communications (AI)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA or Boston, MA

Salary: $172K–$220K annually, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Own and evolve hirify.global's brand narrative as an AI ROI company and category creator.
• Define brand, creative, corporate communications, PR, and analyst strategies.
• Build executive visibility through media opportunities, speaking engagements, bylines, and analyst conversations.
• Lead communications for product launches, funding milestones, flagship research, and thought leadership.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, and Sales to apply the category narrative across customer touchpoints.
• Use AI tools for research, drafting, message testing, media monitoring, and creative production.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in brand, corporate communications, or PR.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, cloud, or AI; category creation or category leadership experience is valuable.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for research, design, writing, testing, and content creation.
• Strong creative and narrative judgment, including the ability to explain complex technical products such as AI outcome attribution and financial control planes.
• Experience building executive visibility programs, including media training, speaking pipelines, byline strategy, and analyst relationships.
• Experience building and leading teams, with a bias for action and high ownership.
