Facilities & Infrastructure Maintenance (Bitcoin Mining)

Location: Jigmeling, Bhutan; long-term on-site residency required

hirify.global Technologies Group provides Bitcoin mining infrastructure and computing solutions, including equipment procurement, logistics, datacenter construction, equipment management, daily operations, and cloud capabilities for artificial intelligence workloads.

What you will do

• Maintain and repair circulating water pumps, spray pumps, motors, cooling fans, valves, bearings, sealing components, and plant pipeline networks.
• Execute scheduled maintenance, replace pump bearings and fan belts, service motors, repair valves, remove pipeline corrosion, and maintain equipment records.
• Operate and inspect closed cooling towers, elevated water tanks, and circulating water systems, including water quality control and chemical dosing.
• Monitor water consumption, flow, pressure, and temperature while addressing leaks, blockages, abnormal pressure, and pipeline damage.
• Respond to emergency equipment failures and manage repairs through completion, including pump and motor overloads, fan shutdowns, pipeline ruptures, and pressure drops.
• Maintain auxiliary facilities, drainage, anti-corrosion and anti-seepage systems, public infrastructure, vehicles, and forklifts, including material transfer and loading operations.

Requirements

• Education or practical experience in mechanical and electrical engineering, refrigeration, water supply and drainage, or equipment maintenance.
• Hands-on ability to disassemble, assemble, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair pumps, motors, fans, pipelines, valves, bearings, and sealing components independently.
• Experience operating and maintaining industrial cooling towers, circulating water systems, or infrastructure at datacenters, mining sites, industrial parks, factories, or public utilities.
• Practical forklift and motor vehicle operation skills.
• Willingness to work on-site long term, shifts, night shifts, and emergency repairs in accordance with on-site management arrangements.
• Effective English communication skills and ability to read English technical documents are required.
