National Trainer - West Coast (Automotive)

Location: Remote — West Coast, Nevada, United States; approximately 50–70% travel required across the U.S.

What you will do

• Support delivery of product, service, and sales training for the North American Aftermarket.
• Coordinate field training activities in the U.S. and collaborate with global training teams.
• Develop and maintain digital, hands-on, and other training content and materials.
• Organize training schedules, coordinate external resources, and prioritize requests based on business needs.
• Deliver product training sessions for internal teams and customers.
• Track participation and effectiveness metrics while maintaining training procedures and best practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of preferred experience as a technician, engineer, or technical trainer.
• Advanced technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Mechanical comprehension.
• Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate across teams, and support both small and large training groups.
