AI Graphic Designer for Social Media (eSports)

Location: Remote, based in Kazakhstan

Salary: $800–1,000 monthly before taxes

Game and entertainment development company creating products for the gaming and eSports industry.

What you will do

• Create approximately 15 social media visuals per day, depending on task complexity.
• Produce posts, stories, banners, promotional creatives, tournament visuals, advertising materials, and other digital assets.
• Use AI tools to generate, edit, enhance, and refine visuals while maintaining commercial quality.
• Develop visual concepts based on brand style, gaming and iGaming audiences, and business goals.
• Adapt creatives for different social media platforms, formats, and placements while maintaining consistent visual standards.
• Collaborate with the SMM Manager, Copywriter, and content team, implement revisions, monitor relevant trends, and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• 1+ year of commercial experience as a Graphic Designer, AI Content Creator, or in a similar visual content role.
• Experience with gaming, iGaming, or eSports projects and knowledge of CS2, PUBG Mobile, and Standoff 2.
• Strong portfolio of social media visuals and commercial-quality design work.
• Confident knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Figma.
• Hands-on experience with Midjourney, ChatGPT/OpenAI image generation, or similar AI image tools, including prompt engineering, inpainting, outpainting, image enhancement, and consistency management.
• Ukrainian or Russian at Upper-Intermediate+ / Advanced level is required for internal communication; English at Intermediate level.

Nice to have

• Experience creating advertising creatives, tournament visuals, key visuals, and real-time content.
• Knowledge of Blender, Cinema 4D, or other 3D tools.
• Motion design or video editing skills.
• Experience with multiple AI image generation and editing tools.
• Education or additional training in graphic design, digital design, visual communications, motion/3D, or AI content creation.
