Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Sydney, Australia; in person-first, in-office four days a week at the Surry Hills HQ

What you will do

• Champion customer feedback by speaking with customers, participating in research, running evaluative testing, and using archetypes and journey maps.
• Design simple, intuitive, and delightful product experiences across research, UX, interaction, and visual design.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, go-to-market, leadership, and design teams to shape and ship high-impact features.
• Prototype concepts, pair closely with engineers, and maintain a high bar for implementation quality.
• Contribute to shared design-system patterns and components across the product.
• Help scale design rituals, solve cross-product problems, and strengthen the design team culture.

Requirements

• Strong product design experience with modern B2B cloud software, preferably in startups or fast-moving product teams.
• Experience across the full design process, from product discovery and concept prototyping through detailed, polished design.
• Curiosity about AI tools and fast prototyping approaches, with practical experience embedding AI into day-to-day work.
• High attention to detail and a strong quality bar for customer experiences and visual execution.
• Clear communication, stakeholder management, and close collaboration with product managers, engineers, and other designers.
• Resourcefulness and sound judgment when handling ambiguity, changing priorities, and shifting deadlines.
